In today’s episode of The Better Self Show you will hear an introduction to neuroscience and more specifically about the neurochemicals of the brain which are dopamine, serotonin, endorphine and oxytocin.
It is a little introduction to these neurotransmitters and hopefully in the future you can hear more about each of them and how they play a role in your daily life.
Neuroscience is a big topic and even though I’m not not an expert in the subject (nor in any topic) I’ll share with you the knowledge and experience that I have. Maybe you will get some ideas or insights to your daily life about how these brain chemicals may be affecting your daily life.
In the end and like always you should get out of the episode whatever brings you value, and what doesn’t then leave it. Make your own mind and if you have any comments, questions, feedback or concerns don’t forget to get in contact with me, or leave a comment and I’ll try to answer it in another episode.
Some references I made are to Pavlov’s dog experiment.
And this are 2 of the books I’ve read or get inspired about neuroscience:
In further content I’ll share more knowledge and references to the topic.
Hope that you enjoyed the episode, that it brought some value to your life and remember that you can support the podcast to help me to keep going with it.
Thank you so much!
